bye-bye to Elissa

Elissa is my assistant who go to the farmers markets with me to forage for your produce. She also packs your boxes. This is her last day here. She just graduated from Occidental College. She is off to the South of France to bike with a friend for a week. She is then staying in Paris for a month to take a cooking coarse at Le Cordon Bleu. She will finally end up in the Bay area to start her new job.
She has touched all of our hearts at Auntie Em's. Her passion and enthusiasm is infectious. We will miss her dearly. The produce boxes will always and forever remind me of her, and bring a smile to my face.

  2. Awww....terri! I just saw this. I miss you and the baskets so much. I'm counting down the days until I visit. I'm thinking about driving down with a friend about a week after I get back from France! So I will see you soon :)
