I did it!

I started a blog. I felt it was finally time. It will be much easier for all of my wonderful organic produce customers to see what will be in their boxes, view recipes and share what you have been doing with your produce.

    Cantaloupe + onion + chile + a lime from my tree + fresh purple basil from the pot on my steps = pretty little cubes of cool, summery deliciousness. Perfect over cold poached salmon.

    Tonight, tomato frittata. I'm loving these beautiful tomatoes so much it's hard not to just eat them up as is.

    What's everybody else making?

  3. i did a puff pastry tomato tart= puff pastry, feta, mozzarella, chopped rosemary, sliced tomatoes, thinly sliced red onions, a little more feta (in that order) into the oven at 425.... deliciousness! :)

  5. this week there will be green zebra tomatoes. you have to make the fried green tomatoes blt's!
