How To Seed A Pomagranite

Fill a large bowl with water. Submerge pomegranate. Split it inhalf. Start pulling away the white part and let the seeds drop to the bottom of the bowl. Discard everything but the seeds and then strain.  You should have about 1/2 cup of pomegranate seeds.

  1. Thanks! My husband and I had a very hard time with our first one, but it tasted delicious so it was worth it. I sprinkled it on arugula with toasted pine nuts and fresh feta. Yum.

We'll try this method next time!
