Root Vegetables Rule!


Beets, potatoes, turnips, parsnips, radishes, carrots, sweet potaotes, yams, jicama and ginger. I love them all. The are an extremly rich source or minerals, enzymes and vitamins. They are the perfect veggies for cool night side dishes. And since we have so few here in So. Cal. don't waste anytime making something fab with them!
