Suggested Dinner Menu Plan for the Week Using Your Produce

Here is a suggested menu plan that I came up with using this weeks box of produce.

  • Lentil and Herb Stuffed Red Peppers with a Red Butter Lettuce and Strawberry Salad
  • Pasta with an Heirloom Tomato and Basil Sauce
  • Baked White Fish Marinated with Olive Oil, Balsamic, Oregano, Cherry Tomatoes served with a Lemon Cucumber and Feta Salad
  •  Chicken and Pablano Chili Enchiladas served with Tomato and Onion Salad in a Pomegranate Dressing
  • Cous Cous topped with Curried Zucchini, Tomatoes, Onions, and Potatoes with a Cucumber Yogurt
  • Beef Ribs with a Honey Plum Barbecue Sauce and Corn on the Cob
  •  Pork Loin with Roasted Grapes
