Here is a suggested menu plan that I came up with using this weeks box of produce.
- Lentil and Herb Stuffed Red Peppers with a Red Butter Lettuce and Strawberry Salad
- Pasta with an Heirloom Tomato and Basil Sauce
- Baked White Fish Marinated with Olive Oil, Balsamic, Oregano, Cherry Tomatoes served with a Lemon Cucumber and Feta Salad
- Chicken and Pablano Chili Enchiladas served with Tomato and Onion Salad in a Pomegranate Dressing
- Cous Cous topped with Curried Zucchini, Tomatoes, Onions, and Potatoes with a Cucumber Yogurt
- Beef Ribs with a Honey Plum Barbecue Sauce and Corn on the Cob
- Pork Loin with Roasted Grapes
