Produce for the week of 9/17

Hi there! Hope everybody is making it through these hot weeks we've been having! Staying cool?

As you can see below, there are lots of lovely tomatoes in your boxes this week. If some of you aren't able to eat them fast enough, remember...you can always whip up some salsa or pico de gallo to eat with chips or to use as garnish on some refreshing summer dishes. Chop up some of your tomatoes and your jalapeƱos. Combine them with some diced onion, garlic, lime juice and cilantro. Season with salt and peppers and you're set :)

Tip: Before adding them in, pour boiling water over your onions and minced garlic in a strainer. It'll ensure that these flavors don't overpower the rest of the delicious ingredients. Just make sure you chill 'em afterwards, before throwing them in with the other veggies.
